Sometimes I dream of cookie dough! Homemade nestle recipe on the back of the chip back loaded with sugar and butter.
No anymore my recipe has the same texture, flavor and chips you will not know its HEALTHY..
1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup creamy almond butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup quick gluten free oats
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
pinch sea salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
In the bowl of food processer add all ingredients except chocolate chips.
Ptocess until cookie dough texture about 2 minutes . Transfer to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
Now take a spoonful and you will not belive its not the (real deal)
Store in a airtight container in fridge
