Raw Cookie Dough

About 25 balls

Ingredients

2 cans of Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

2 tsp. of Pure vanilla extract 

1/4 cup of Creamy almond butter

1/2 cup of Pure maple syrup

2 cup of Quick gluten free oats

1/4 tsp. of Baking Soda

Pinch of sea salt

1 cup of Chocolate Chips

Directions

In the bowl of a food processor, add all of the ingredients, except chocolate chips. 

Process the dough for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and add in the chocolate chips.
