Roasting veggies should be done when you meal prep and batch cook.
When roast cauliflower I use 3 or 4 heads so I am prepared for the week to make soup, dip even Roasted Cauliflower and Spaghetti .
25-30 minutes
3 heads cauliflowers florets ( cut into 1-inch florets and cut up the middle for soup)
4 tablespoon EVOO
Sea Salt and Fresh Pepper
Preheat oven 375
Spread cauliflower on a rimed baking sheet you will use 2 for this. Toss 2 tablespoons of EVOO on each baking sheets making sure each piece of cauliflower is coated. Sprinkle sea salt and pepper. Roast gently stirring 1/2 way through the cooking time, until there golden brown, about 25-30 minutes
