Roasted Cauliflower Soup

Yields

2-3 servings

Ingredients

2 cups roasted cauliflower

4 cloves roasted garlic

1-1/2 cups filtered water or veggie broth

1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme


Directions

In a high-speed blender add cauliflower, garlic, and a pinch of sea salt pulse until smooth. Add 1 cup of  filtered water if it's

 too thick add a little more water at a time until creamy. The soup is finished now you can freeze it, refrigerate it or heat it up.

  To reheat: In a small pot add soup and simmer for hot 3-minutes stir in fresh thyme.
