1 whole wild salmon fillet (2-3 pounds)
5 tablespoons chopped dill
5 tablespoons really good ex virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Heat oven 475. When oven is hot drizzle olive oil on a rimmed baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper this is the bed salmon will go on..
Put seasoned pan in the oven for about 2 minutes you want the pan to be hot (just like you do on stovetop) PLace salmon skin side down sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, return to oven
To check if the fish is done place a paring knife between layer of flesh in the center should be bright pink and still a little tranlucent.
