Spicy Mango & Pineapple Smoothie


Prep Notes

Ingredients

1 cup  organic pineapple

1 orange peeled and seeded

1 1/2 cup organic mango

1 teaspoon chia seed soaked in 1cup cold water for 10 minutes

1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger

1 tablespoon fresh grated turmeric 

pinch caynee pepper



Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. You may need to add a little ice or water.
