1/4 cup EVOO
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup Worcester sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 cup raw honey
juice of 1 lemon
2 boneless chicken thighs 1 onion sliced thin
4 spring onion white and pale green
a little less than 1 tablespoon Braggs amino
bunch chopped chives
Preheat oven 350 line with parchment paper
In a large bowl whisk 1 tablespoon EVOO mustard Worcester sauce, tomato paste. raw honey, lemon.
Then add the chicken mix to coat the chicken cover and refrigerate. For about 1/2 hour up to 1 day.
Transfer the chicken and bake for 10-15 minutes
Turn the chicken 1/2 way through
In the mean time in a pan on medium high heat add 2 tablespoons EVOO add onion and spring onion cook until caramelizing about 10 minutes add cauliflower rice and aminos
