Sweet Potato Fries - chipotle lime

Ingredients

3 small garnet sweet potatos cut in 1/2 lengh wise and cut again so you get 4 wedges from each 1/2 of potato.

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon chipotle pepper

zest of  1 lime 

Directions

prep.

Wrap potato in wet paper towel.

Place in microwave for 5 mins checking and flippling over once.

Sweet Potato should be soft and tender not mushy. Let them cool off so you can handle them.

Cut in wedges brush evoo

Place on grill for 3 min than flip. You want good grill marks and that smokey flavor.

In the meantime mix sea salt, chipotle, and lime zest until combined.

When pototoes are finished sprinkle with seasoning.

Serve with wedges of lime and avocado dip.
