Tahini and Turmeric Vinaigrette

Lets discuss what Tahini is ! Tahini is made from ground sesame seeds thats all plan and simple. A serving of tahini is packed with protein, carbs, good fat, vitamins and minernals so its a superfood in itself.  Than add apple cider vinegar you have a gut healing immune boosting potion!

This dressing is also is great drizzled on fish or veggies!

Ingredients

1 part apple cider vinger

2 parts evoo

1 tablespoon tahini 

1 teaspoon ground turmeric 

1 crushed garlic clove 

pinch sea salt and pepper 

Directions

I mix all ingrediants in a small jar so I can make extra to use for more than omne time 

You can keep it in fridge for a week.
