Tomato and Basil Salad

Ingredients

1 pint colored tomatoes

1/4 cup fresh basil torn

pinch sea saltĀ 

pinch red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon really good extra virgin olive oil

and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Directions

Cut tomatoes in half put them in a bowl add all ingredients and toss..

*The secret is make this at least 1 hour before you serve it so all the flavors can marry!
