1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 cup EVOO
4 Chicken Breasts (no skin or bone)
sea salt and fresh pepper
Season chicken breast lay them flat on a plate set aside.
In a small bowl whisk together fresh thyme, turmeric, garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, and pepper pour over chicken breasts and marinate for 20 minutes up to 1 day.
Preheat Grill
Place Chicken on the grill do not touch until it comes off really easy about 3-5 minutes then flip on another side for about 3 minutes or until juices are clear.
