Ingredients

2 cups almond milk (or any other nut milk)

1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh grated turmeric or 1 teaspoon ground

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

pinch fresh black pepper


Directions

In a small heavy bottom saucepan on medium-low heat (you don't want to rush this ) add all ingrediants. Stir occasionally for about 3 to 4 minutes, try not boil. When turmeric has dissovled slightly it done. Remove from heat pour in a mug sprinkle a little more cinnamon or nutmeg and RELAX...


Notes

Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory, mixed with a nut milk a healthy fat, are the essentials for good health. Its also filling and a beauty food.
