Chocolate Fudge ( GF,DF,No refine sugar)

Ingredients

1 ripe avocado 

1/3 cup nut or seed butter (i used sunbutter)

1/4 cup pure maple syrup 

1/4 cup raw cacao powder 

options - sprinkle a little sea salt, handful of nuts (i used walnuts) vanilla powder.









Directions

In the bowl of food processor add avocado, nut butter, maple syrup process until smoth and creamy.

Dump it into a bowl add cacaco powder mix until well combined.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper letting some paper hang over the sides so you can lift out.

Spread fudge mixtuure into prepared pan making sure you sqare off edges ( it look nice when you cut them) at this time if you want to add nuts, sea salt go head sprinkle.

Cover with sides of paper and freeze for 1 hour or longer. Take the out cut and store in a airtight container and stor back in frezzer.
