  • 1 cup hot water

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk (warm + frothed if you like)

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ground ginger (or fresh grated)

  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed (gut-friendly fiber)

  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional)


Directions

Instructions:

  1. Steep tea bag in hot water for 7–10 minutes.

  2. Warm milk, then whisk in cinnamon, ginger, and flaxseed.

  3. Combine tea + spiced milk, sweeten if desired.
