Seriously I picked the zucchini and tomatoes myself with my husband at Alstede Farm in Chester NJ.
Zoodles are a fabulous swap for spaghetti and so much better for you.
*If you not sure were to get zoodles in your grocery store. You can usually find them in the refrigerator box were the precut veggies are in your produce aisle

4 zucchinis or 1 box of zoodles
1 pints cherry tomatoes halved
3 cloves garlic smashed and chopped
2 tablespoons EVOO
a handful of fresh basil
pinch sea salt
pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
BEFORE SERVING
sprinkle nutritional yeast or Parmigiano
In a large saute' pan on medium high heat add EVOO wait 1 minute add chopped garlic.
Toss in tomatoes and shake the pan around to prevent tomatoes from burning. When tomatoes are soft about 5 minutes stir fresh basil pinch sea salt, zucchini and a splash of filtered water. Remove from heat and toss in nutritional yeast or Parmigiano.
