Dry Brush : One of my favorite tools!!

Dry Brushing  is the simplest trick that's inexpensive takes less than 5 minutes and helps your body inside and out! It’s invaluable in helping with so many issues! Whether you do before or after the shower really doesn't matter as long as you do it .

Why  do it!

1. You'll exfoliate dead skin.

This method will ensure you have silky-smooth skin all year round! It's a loofah and exfoliating scrub in one!

2. It wakes up  your lymphatic system.

Dry brushing your skin will kick start your lymphatic system, which helps you remove toxins from the body (its a detox in itself) it stimulates and invigorates the skin “it wakes it up “.

3. Dry brushing helps to reduce cellulite.

Dry Brushing regularly smooth the appearance of cellulite

Cellulite those little fatty deposits under your skin that makes  appear lumpy “ “YUCK”... Dry Brush them away!  Dry brushing helps to break down any trapped toxins from within the body and help your body eliminate them through its usual elimination channels.

4.Unclogs pores and gets skin glowing !

Dry skin brushing unclogs your skins pores and helps your skin absorb more nutrients.  It Daily skin brushing promotes healthy, breathing, glowing skin glo. It's a real treat for the largest organ in our bodies! It promotes a HEALTHY NOURISHING LIFESTYLE.

How to dry brush:

1. Purchase a natural (not synthetic) bristle brush with a long handle so can reach all areas of your body or a small hand held you can keep in your gym bag!

2. Get naked and stand in a bathtub or tiled surface to catch the falling skin. (It's a bit gross, I know.) But you will see your skin come alive!

3. Begin brushing by starting at your feet and moving in long in a circular motion toward your heart. Your buttocks, belly and even your breasts.

You brush your whole beautiful amazing body .  Always brush toward your heart.

4. Brush several times in each area, overlapping as you go.

5. When you brush your entire body, jump in the shower. (I like to alternate between the warm water temperature than I blast coldest I can take). This stimulates blood circulation, bringing more blood to the top layers of the skin. Wakes it up.

6. After getting out of the shower, pat dry skin and apply a natural rose hip or coconut oil. I mix a drop of natural geranium oil with a light cream (geranium oil) is found to help with dry crappy skin during menopause.

7. For the best results dry brush your entire body every day. Make it your morning routine. Remember to clean your brush with soap and water once a week. Leave to dry in a clean, sunny spot to avoid any mildew accumulation on your brush.

Try this for 30 days and see the results for yourself!

Dry Brushing is one of the best self care, self love methods you can do for yourself
