Banana Oat Protein Balls

After a workout with my trainer I always want something, but not just a banana! So these babies are the bomb!!

They are full of fiber, potasisum, good carbs and plant protein and a tiny bit of sweetness. 

Banana Oat Protein Balls are the perfect size...

I eat one or two for breakfast, that 3'oclock slump they're a great pick me up just the best snack ever.

 

 

 

Banana Oat Protein Balls

2 1/2 cups gluten free oats

1/2 cup almond butter or any nut or seed butter

2 ripe bananas smashed

2 tablespoon raw honey

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon hemp seed 

1 scoop @vitalproteins vital proteins collagen peptides

pinch cinnamon

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

 

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 

Refridgerate for about 1 hour.

Roll into ball 

refrigerate for up to a week or freeze.
